As Co-Chief Executive Officer, Graham shares responsibility for leading the company, and oversees the Western Region. Graham joined Space Center in 1991 and is a member of the company’s Board of Directors, and is a Trustee of the Donald G. McNeely Trust, the sole shareholder of Space Center. Graham has 32-years of experience specializing in the development, acquisition and management of warehouse/distribution buildings. Prior to Space Center, Graham worked for The Koll Company as a Development Manager in Los Angeles, and for Coldwell Banker Commercial (now, CBRE) in the San Gabriel Valley office.
Graham graduated from the University of Southern California with a B.S. degree in Political Science and International Relations. He is a member of the National Association of Industrial Office Properties and past Chairman of NAIOP’s the Inland Empire Chapter PAC, and a Board Member of the California Business Properties Association, where he received the prestigious Ernest W. Hahn award in 2016 for his legislative efforts.
Graham resides in Newport Beach, California, and splits his time between the company’s Inland Empire office in Jurupa Valley, California office and headquarters in St. Paul, Minnesota.
